Shipping policy

Delivery 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We use EVRI for all deliveries where possible.

If you do prefer Royal Mail please let us know. 
We only send items tracked, so if we use Royal Mail it will be sent tracked to you. 

This will differ if your order is a mix of preorder and RTS items where you will be charged double postage as we are unable to hold in stock items. We will contact you for the other postage. 

Delivery and dispatch timescales are not guaranteed and may change during busy periods, Lydia Blanks Wholesale cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the courier.

Returned Parcels
Any parcels returned to us due to address errors will need to have postage paid and be resent out. We cannot unfortunately issue refunds/credit for address errors.
